Books

Fifteen-year-old Kristin Magnuson has grown up as a half-worlder, one of the politer names people call you when your mother is from another planet.
Just as she starts to find her place as a youth ambassador, she finds herself at the center of a deadly interstellar conspiracy that makes her question everything she thought she knew about herself and her family.

What do goblins, zombie viruses, inept magicians, and alien-invasion survivors have in common? They all make wonderful story elements for teaching about real science.
Science Fictioned takes ideas from cutting-edge, scientific research papers and turns them into science fiction and fantasy stories. Learning science has never been this fun.
Podcasts
My Cousin Jane is my podcast about the life and works of Jane Austen. Rather than explore the “literary themes and ethos of Jane Austen”, we explore what you might think of as the behind-the-scenes featurettes, or special bonus features of Austen’s books.
Everyday Einstein was a science eduction podcast I used to write and host for Macmillan’s Quick and Dirty Tips podcast network.
