(File->Export->QuickTime Movie) Short of that, I don't know of a way. As a side note, with the <a href="http://perian.org/" rel="nofollow">perian plug-in</a>, QuickTime can play Flash Video (FLV) movies. If you have Flash MX 2004 you can export directly to QuickTime format. (File->Export->QuickTime Movie)
